New Patients
We will need to collect medical history, on-going symptoms, and current medication information.
A full comprehensive file containing all pertinent health information helps us understand a patient’s case and allows us to make a more accurate diagnosis. Using this information and details discussed during the consultation along with the physical examination and X-rays, we will curate a specialized treatment plan. The treatment plan will include the type of treatment, duration of treatment, and any additional procedures needed prior to or after treatment. The patient will have a good understanding of their treatment plan upon leaving after their first visit.
